TRIP INFORMATION

When you receive your initial reservation, please check the provided vacation confirmation upon receipt and verify all information is correct. MyBestFriendWent INC will not be responsible for omissions or errors if not brought to their attention immediately. Payment must be received by the due date to avoid vendor cancellation.

TRIP INFORMATION

U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months past your return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.

RESPONSIBILITY

MyBestFriendWent INC offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. MyBestFriendWent INC does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees and understands that MyBestFriendWent INC is not responsible for any operating failures, loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or members of your traveling party, nor for consequential damages, which may result from failure, delays, or injuries, which arise out of or during your scheduled travel. Customer agrees and understands that MyBestFriendWent INC is not responsible for any damages, direct or consequential, which may arise as a result of acts of God, social or labor unrest, war, political or national strike, terrorist activities, mechanical failures, climatic conditions, pandemic, or any other actions or omissions beyond MyBestFriendWent INC control.

In the event an airline or travel vendor declares bankruptcy, it is not obligated to carry you or to provide funds. Money given to our agency immediately becomes the property of the airline or travel vendor as required by law. MyBestFriendWent INC is not allowed to provide refunds for vendors who have declared bankruptcy. If an airline or travel vendor declares bankruptcy, it might continue services or stop completely. Other airlines or travel vendors might provide alternative services under limited circumstances.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Initial deposit is due at time of booking.
Final payment of any remaining balance is due on date shown on invoice. Failure to make final payment in a timely manner may cause booking to be cancelled by the tour operator.

CANCELLATION

In most cases the deposit made on a vacation package is nonrefundable. The specific terms and conditions of each travel operator are provided with your confirmation. Your agreeing to these Terms & Conditions confirms that you are been advised of payment deadlines and terms and conditions set forth by your specific travel provider. If you cancel your trip at a date outside of the allowable limits set forth by your travel provider and do not have travel protection, some or all of your money will not be refunded. MyBestFriendWent INC will not be responsible for providing refunds in cases where the travel provider does not provide a refund due to cancellation penalty guidelines & provided terms and conditions.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

MyBestFriendWent INC recommends travel vacation protection and offers optional coverage to all traveling client. Travel Insurance, if declined at time of vacation booking, may be added at a later date through a third-party insurance company before travel takes place, but in that event, the terms and conditions of coverage may be more restricted. (Cancel for ANY REASON protection must be added with trip deposit.) MyBestFriendWent INC is not a licensed insurance agent and recommends that you review the coverage details of any travel insurance policy carefully before you purchase coverage.
