Once you choose the perfect resort for your Big Day we’ll help you contract a block of rooms. We will help you navigate group perks (which can sometimes mean comped room nights, cocktail parties, spa discounts, and more!) and help you keep on top of the contract dates and details.
Once your room block is secure you can invite your guests. Our team will create a custom event site and registration form which you can share with your guests. As each guest registers to attend your wedding using our simple online form, we’ll work with them directly on their reservations & travel logistics. This frees you up to.
You will work closely with the resort’s onsite wedding team to customize your day. The resorts we work with offer a variety of wedding packages which can often be further customized. Most resorts have onsite florists, caterers, photographers and onsite wedding planners so you can be sure your wedding day reflects your personal style. In some instances, you can supplement these services yourself using outside vendors.
