Hello Outlaws! The Rawlins High School Class of 1988 is delighted to be hosting its class reunion next summer at a beautiful beach location! The event is happening JUNE 16-20, 2024 at a beautiful resort north of Cancun. We have secured a group rate for this event.
GETTING TO PARADISE
Costa Mujeres, Mexico, is located approximately 40 minutes north of Cancun airport. Every major US city has flights into Cancun (CUN) daily. Once you arrive in Mexico, roundtrip transportation to the resort is included in your package.
ALL INCLUSIVE BLISS
TRS ("The Royal Suites") is an exclusive Adults Only resort within the larger Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres complex. Absolutely all food and drink (including alcoholic beverages and room service) is included 24/7. TRS Coral has six unique dining venues, plus guests have full access to the family-friendly Grand Palladium resort next door, which boasts an additional 7 dining venues. From Tapas to Thai and from French to fabulous, four nights isn't going to be long enough to taste it all! For those bringing kids or grandkids we have a few rooms set aside at Grand Palladium resort as well.
YOUR DAYS: YOUR WAY
Spend your days poolside or keep your toes planted firmly in the sand. All non-motorized watersports are included in your stay and the TRS beach waiters will keep you hydrated! The resort staff will offer plenty of daytime fun -- from fitness classes to poolside Spanish to pool or beach volleyball. It's your vacation: you can curl up with a novel & nas the days away, or chose to be on-the-go all day long. Most importantly: there will be 35 years of catching up to do!
NIGHTLIFE
Both TRS and Grand Palladium have bar and entertainment options for those who want to stay up late! The resort has a variety of live music and nighttime entertainment, themed parties, and shows. Chic Cabaret is one of the best dinner shows in Mexico and guests of TRS Coral can attend for just a $35 reservation fee. Much of the action will in the Village at Grand Palladium, where guests of both resorts can enjoy a la carte dining, a coffee shop and sports bar, the main theater, and more.
SPAHHHHH
The 2-story Zentropia Palladium Spa offers you the perfect balance between body, mind and soul. This is the place for those devoted to some serious R&R. Spa treatments will be available at an additional charge. This is one of the largest and coolest spas in the region. We highly recommend an afternoon experiencing the unique co-ed hydrotherapy circuit, followed by chill time at the hidden rooftop infinity pool and juice bar.

The price of your resort stay depends on the number of guests and length of stay.
Packages are all-inclusive regardless of room category.
Group rates are guaranteed through March 1, 2024.
Low deposit of $100 per person is due to secure your spot; payment plans are available.

Prices include tax and airport transportation but do not include flights or travel insurance.
HOW TO BOOK: DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS
DEPOSITS
$100 per person deposit is all it takes to save your space in our group. Your deposit will hold your room and you can add your own flights later as you wish.
Deposits are non-refundable.
PAYMENTS
After you make your initial deposit, nothing further is due until the final payment date of March 1. 2024. However, if you'd like to make payments on your vacation package between now and final payment time, we would be happy to help you with that.
INSURANCE
We highly recommend traveling with vacation protection. There are many options available. We recommend a third-party travel insurance such as Travel Insured. Please take a moment to get a quote below.
Please note that the $100 initial deposit is non-refundable even if you choose to buy travel insurance. If you have to cancel your vacation you can make a claim with your travel insurance company for any losses.

Awesome! Please know the names and dates of birth for all guests sharing your room before submitting the form below. Roommate changes after deposits are made are not impossible but they are difficult and are subject to a $50 change fee. The form below will collect your information so we can make a courtesy hold for you at the resort. Once you approve the details of the booking we will collect your $100 per person deposit via secure payment link.

The travel agent working with our class reunion group is Krista Hull of MYBESTFRIENDWENT INC in Loveland CO.
Krista is a Mexico expert and an RHS grad. She is frequent traveler and we have her working with our classmates to make planning our reunion trip easy! It's very important that all guests book their stay through our travel agent for continuity of plans and group perks.
