RIU PALACE KULKUKAN
The brand-new Riu Palace Kulkukan resort opened November 2022 on a beautiful stretch of sugary Cancun coastline. This tropical paradise sits in the lively Cancun hotel zone, about half an hour from the Cancun, MX airport.
Riu is an adults-only resort (18+) offering its guests 24 hr all-inclusive experiences.
Riu Palace Kulkukan has more than 400 superior category rooms, most with ocean views. All of the rooms have been designed with modern decor and comfy beds to guarantee guests a great night’s sleep and the utmost in comfort.
The resort boasts 4 swimming pools with sun terraces, a swim-up bar just steps from the beach, a variety of eating and drinking options, and a variety of choices for onsite entertainment.
DINING & DRINKS
In addition to the main restaurant with show-cooking stations, the property offers Asian Fusion, Mexican, and Italian a la carte dining. Quick snacks from ice cream to poolside burgers are also included. The resort has a variety of bars including a swim-up bar, mixology lobby bar, and in-room liquor dispensers. Room service is included 24/7.
ENTERTAINMENT
It's your vacation: do as much or as little as you'd like. Venture out on a tour or spend your day with a novel in the sun. Grab a pre-breakfast workout or opt for a soak or massage at the spa. Riu provides a jam-packed schedule of daytime activities as well as nighttime performance and shows. The pools and beach will be the stars of your stay. The resort offers a wide selection of water activities like catamarans, kayaks, bodyboards, and more. For those wanting to get out an explore, local shopping and dining are within walking distance. The onsite Resova spa offers steam room and pools and a variety of treatments for an extra charge.

CANCUN, MEXICO
Cancun is a destination easily reached via nonstop flight from Denver and many other US gateways. Here on the Gulf of Mexico the water is the most incredible color of teal blue and the beaches are crushed-limestone: white and super soft. This is postcard-perfect Caribbean Mexico. The Riviera Maya region covers a long distance, stretching from north of the City of Cancun all the way to about two hours south to Playa del Carmen and beyond. Two islands (Isla Mujeres & Cozumel) are within easy reach for a day trip. Riu Palace is in the hotel zone, closely neighbored by other resorts and shops and restaurants. Cancun is a paradise for snorkeling and scuba and there are lots of Mayan ruins in the area. There is something for every taste!
BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Deposits are due at time of booking:
- DEPOSIT for RESORT ONLY (without flights) is $50.00 per person.
- DEPOSIT for RESORT + FRONTIER CHARTER FLIGHT is $100.00 per person.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless you purchase travel insurance.
Change fee $50 per change (some changes are not possible after booking).
Total cancellation fee $200 (regardless of insurance selection).
Payment plans are available.
Travel Protection is optional but recommended. Travel Protection must be added with initial deposit.
Balance of reservation - due no later than Oct 1, 2023.
